PAVILLON de ROZE – Caucasian kitchen restaurant in Liepaja, in an exquisite performance with a modern touch. This is a place that talks about the traditions of Caucasian cuisine, complimenting them with modern flavours and a slight touch of European accent. Our restaurant is place where original recipes and new taste quality are complemented by modern execution. But most importantly – PAVILLON de ROZE is a place where the soul of the restaurant is people, our dear guests and team of chefs from Latvia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, who prepare every dish with true love and inspiration.
During the summer season, guests can enjoy their meals on the cozy restaurant’s terrace, set in hotel ROZE VILLA green garden. The summer terrace gives the restaurant a fabulous atmosphere, where guests can enjoy leisurely meals in the open air and extend summer evenings until sunset.
PAVILLON de ROZE was inspired by a combination of authentic Caucasian recipes with new culinary trends. Much attention is paid on quality products and cooking methods that cannot be found anywhere else in Liepaja. Basically, are offered charcoal dishes from meat and vegetables, as well as pilaf, dolma, khinkali, khachapuri and other Caucasian dishes prepared by the author.
