Restaurant ROZE is located in a fabulous location in the heart of ROZE BOUTIQUE HOTEL - in the spacious and flowering garden. The menu combines the flavors of Latvian products and European cuisine. Guests are offered European cuisine in a modern performance. The main focus is on the charming way of serving, in which the restaurant chef's handwriting can be read. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy their meal in a relaxed garden atmosphere, which gives a special charm and atmosphere to summer evenings. All this is complemented by a special selection of wines and other beverages.
Restaurant ROZE is open to hotel guests and all residents of the city from May till September.

The restaurant ROZE was inspired by the combination of Latvian products with the flavours of European cuisine in a modern performance. The main focus is on high quality of products. Meat dishes prepared on charcoal are offered, as well as bruschetta, prawns, salmon and other dishes performed by the author.
